IRIV Design is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to support our growing portfolio of high-end commercial workplace fit-out projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Architectural Technician.
- Strong commercial workplace fit-out experience.
- Excellent knowledge of RIBA Stages 4 and 5.
- Strong technical detailing and drawing production skills.
- Experience coordinating with M&E, structural engineers and contractors.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit is a bonus).
- Able to work independently and communicate confidently with project teams.
This is a flexible freelance role, initially part-time (approximately 10–20 hours per week), with the opportunity to become full-time as our workload grows.
