Salary: £12.75 per hour plus uncapped commission
OTE: £30,000+ per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

About the Role
Are you looking to start or develop your career in sales?
We are expanding our fast-growing call centre team in Blackburn and are looking for confident, ambitious and motivated Sales Advisors to join us.
As a Sales Advisor, you will be the voice of our company, speaking with customers, understanding their needs and recommending the most suitable products and services.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, working towards targets and being part of a lively, results-driven team.
Previous sales experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided to candidates with the right attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Speaking with customers professionally and enthusiastically.
- Building relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understanding customer needs through effective questioning.
- Recommending suitable products and services.
- Converting customer enquiries into successful sales.
- Re-engaging previous and lapsed customers.
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Working towards individual and team sales targets.
- Delivering an excellent customer experience on every call.
- Accurately updating customer details and call outcomes on internal systems.
- Working closely with colleagues and management to improve team performance.
- Participating in regular coaching, training and development sessions.

Important
This is a full-time, office-based role at our Blackburn premises.
Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
