Receptionist (Maternity Cover)

22.5 hours per week + 1 Saturday per month
Fixed-term maternity cover (approximately 12 months)
Driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
Freyja Medical is one of the leading independent dermatology and skin clinics in North Wales and Cheshire. We are looking for a warm, organised and proactive Receptionist to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a friendly, supportive and growing business where patient experience is at the heart of everything we do.
The role involves welcoming patients, managing appointments and enquiries, supporting the patient journey, processing payments and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our clinics. You will work primarily across our Wrexham and Nantwich clinics.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional and organised
- Confident using computer systems and email
- Previous reception, customer service, hospitality, healthcare or sales experience desirable
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
