Care Assistant (Domiciliary Care) – Immediate Starts Available
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant looking to make a real difference in people’s lives? We are a reputable, family-run domiciliary care provider with a strong CQC rating, and we’re looking for caring, reliable individuals to join our close-knit team with immediate starts available.
This role is especially suited to someone who is naturally nurturing, attentive, and passionate about supporting others to live independently in their own homes.
What we offer:
- £13.45 per hour plus a £200 signing-on bonus

- Full-time hours with structured shifts:
- 7:00am – 2:00pm
- 4:00pm – 10:00pm
(Worked over a 7-day rolling rota with 2 rest days per week)

About the role:
You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort. Your work will have a meaningful impact—supporting people with daily routines, companionship, and emotional wellbeing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a care setting
- A full UK driving licence and own car with business use insurance (essential)
- Enhanced DBS registered on the update service (required for immediate start)
- Evidence of completion of the Care Certificate (essential)
- Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care (desirable)
