We're looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, team player to join our bar team at The Ranch Steakhouse & Grill and our sister establishment, Bar Boulevard!
We are expanding the bar team at our American, Wild West style 5* award winning restaurant.
We also have a great range of handcrafted cocktails and gins so cocktail/mixology knowledge is desirable.
This position also includes weekend work at our sister bar, Boulevard, right opposite the steakhouse.
Starting times for the current position are 4.30pm weekdays and 3.30pm weekends, working until late.
You're the first person our customers are going to see so you must be have great charisma, be well presented and polite.Your duties will include serving drinks and cocktails, use of a POS system, cleaning and general bar work.
Applicant must have a great knowledge of drinks, good understanding of the restaurant industry and be able to work in a very fast paced environment.
Pay is dependant of age. Pension scheme available. Rewarding bonus system to be discussed.
Experience is preferred for this job opening.
