About the Role
Falcon Coffees, a UK based company, is reimagining its enterprise operating model — replacing fragmented systems and manual processes with a unified, intelligence-driven platform built on Palantir Foundry. We're looking for a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of this transformation programme across multiple workstreams.
You will drive the development process of the programme— managing scope, sequencing, stakeholders, and delivery cadence from design through go-live.
This role is based in Lewes, UK. You will be working closely with a team based in the United States, collaborating across time zones and contributing to global initiatives. We operate in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on innovation and cross-border teamwork.
What You’ll Own
· Full program delivery across all transformation workstreams —sourcing, trading, logistics, QC, finance, etc.
· Sprint planning and execution cadence; ensuring workstreams stay aligned and unblocked
· RAID log management — risks, actions, issues, and decisions tracked and resolved with urgency
· Stakeholder communication across business functions and technical teams (including Palantir engineers)
· Dependency mapping across workstreams; escalating blockers before they become delays
· Go-live readiness tracking per department; coordinating confidence-building periods and cutover plans
· Session facilitation and decision documentation; keeping project management software as the single source of truth
What you Bring
· 2–5 years managing complex, cross-functional transformation or system implementation programs
· Comfort operating at the intersection of business process design and technology delivery
· Exposure to Palantir Foundry or similar enterprise intelligence platforms (AIP, Workshop, Ontology) a strong plus
· Ability to hold stakeholders accountable without direct authority
· Sharp written and verbal communication — executive-ready updates, clear decision documentation
· Bias toward action; you close open items, you don't manage them indefinitely
Benefits
· 25 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays
· Company Pension Scheme
· Hybrid working option (after probation)
· Employee Assistance Programme
· Length of service holiday entitlement
· Casual dress code / friendly working environment
· Office perks and Free coffee!
