Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Tiler to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with large-format tiles, mosaics, and a variety of tile finishes. A strong focus on accurate setting out is essential to achieve the best overall finish, minimise waste, and avoid awkward or uneven cuts.
You will be working across a variety of projects involving large-format, patterned, plain, and mixed-size tiles, often within the same installation. Versatility, precision, and excellent attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- High-precision tiling with clean, accurate cuts and professional finishes
- Confident use of wet cutting machinery and tiling tools
- Excellent setting out skills to achieve the best visual results
- Preparation works including floor and wall preparation
- Installation of waterproofing systems in wet areas (bathrooms, showers, and wet rooms)
- Experience with different tile types, including porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, and mosaics
- Experience applying epoxy grout to a high standard
- Ability to produce 45-degree mitre cuts with clean, precise finishes
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a professional tiler
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CSCS card preferred (or essential if required for site work)
- Own transport required
- Fluent in English
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK
Pay: £15.24-£25.00 per hour
