DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure that the Skate Park is open and ready for business for each advertised session, cleaning and Health & Safety requirements.
To ensure that all ramps and exterior facilities are well maintained and checked before every session and event.
To ensure that the skate park is always used in a safe and proper manner at all times ensuring the users obey all rules of the park. To ensure that the Health and Safety Policy is adhered to.
To liaise with the Manager on a regular basis, dealing effectively with any problems and complaints that may arise.
To help promote the park and what it has to offer via various media outlets.
Take responsibility for own job-related and personal development. Use available resources efficiently and effectively
Deal with customer enquiries via the phone and emails
Stock management

- You will need to work well as part of a team with a supportive can-do attitude
- Great interacting with people and offer high level of customer service
- You enjoy the challenge of a fast paced workplace
- Experience with cash handling and till work
- Experience in a retail and customer service environment
- Computer Literate
- Must be flexible, as this position requires working evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- A high level of flexibility is required
- Current first aid certificate (desirable)
