Job Summary
We are looking for an exceptional candidate for the position of Translator & Assistant, multilingual in the following languages: English, Arabic, French, to provide high-level professional support, acting as a trusted point of contact and representing the organisation with discretion, professionalism and confidence. The successful candidate will anticipate needs, manage priorities seamlessly and ensure a consistently high standard of service across all aspects of the role.
This is a varied, fast-paced role requiring outstanding organisation, discretion and communication skills. You will be comfortable managing competing priorities, building strong relationships and ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and in external settings.
Duties
- Prepare correspondence, documents, presentations and briefing materials.
- Fluency in English, Arabic and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong translation skills with attention to accuracy and cultural context.
- Provide proactive, high-quality administrative support.
- Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, appointments and schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, events and itineraries.
- Act as a key point of contact, communicating professionally internally and externally.
- Anticipate needs and resolve issues before they arise.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Support the smooth running of projects, events and day-to-day activities.
- Represent the organisation professionally and positively at all times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, partners and key contacts.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as required.

You will ideally have:
- Previous experience as Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Social Media Management know-how
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage confidential information sensitively.
- Flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond when required.
- A polished, professional and approachable manner.
Pay: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
