About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Healthcare Assistant / Phlebotomist to join our experienced clinical team.
This role is ideal for someone who loves patient interaction and wants to work closely with Consultants and Specialists in a supportive, modern setting.
It’s also a great opportunity for a Nurse trained in mainland Europe who isn’t yet NMC-registered but wants to gain valuable UK clinical experience.
You’ll assist in delivering high-quality care, supporting procedures, and ensuring every patient receives an outstanding experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist doctors and specialists during minor procedures (ENT, Dermatology, Gynaecology)
- Perform phlebotomy confidently and safely
- Carry out wound management, dressing changes, and stitch removal
- Maintain infection control and manage medical stock levels
- Support the smooth running of daily clinics alongside other HCAs, nurses, and admin staff
- Provide warm, professional, and compassionate care to every patient
About You
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Phlebotomist, or Nurse (UK or overseas)
- Confident in phlebotomy, wound care, and assisting with minor clinical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (other languages a plus)
- Professional, well-presented, and calm under pressure
- A true team player — organised, reliable, and eager to learn
