Job Overview
CS Clean are a new growing external cleaning business. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for running one off our rounds operating to a high standard using mainly water fed pole but must have the ability to do traditional window cleaning aswell, ensuring a high standard of presentation and safety. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing excellent customer service.
The role will also require additional work including gutter cleaning, jet washing of paving and stone work and fascia and soffit cleaning.
Duties
- Clean windows on both residential and commercial properties using water fed pole system. Ensure all surfaces are streak-free and spotless, paying close attention to detail
- Use ladders, scaffolding, or other equipment safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including storing equipment securely after use
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and address any concerns
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during work activities
- Report any maintenance issues with equipment or property to the supervisor promptly
Qualifications
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record is preferred, as travel between sites may be required
- Good English, for effective communication with clients and team members
- Previous experience in window cleaning or similar roles is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting equipment and working at heights

Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
