Ready to lead services that change lives?
Are you a supportive and confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you believe in helping people overcome challenges, build independence and achieve positive outcomes? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Craven Young Persons Pathway (YPP) and Harrogate Resettlement and Community Safety Scheme (RACS). Working closely with the Service Manager, you'll lead and support a team delivering high-quality, trauma-informed and person-centred services to young people at risk of homelessness and individuals with a history of offending.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by supporting vulnerable people to achieve safer, more independent futures while leading a dedicated and passionate team.
What you'll be doing:
-
Leading and supporting teams across our Craven YPP and Harrogate RACS services to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
-
Overseeing referrals, risk management, safeguarding and support planning to ensure positive outcomes for clients.
-
Coaching and developing staff through effective supervision and leadership.
-
Building strong partnerships with local authorities, housing providers, probation services and other key stakeholders.
-
Managing service performance, quality standards, health and safety, and continuous service improvement.
-
Deputising for the Service Manager and participating in the on-call rota.
What we're looking for:
-
Experience leading and developing teams within support, housing, health or social care services.
-
Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management and supporting people with complex needs.
-
Understanding of trauma-informed approaches and person-centred support.
-
Strong communication, organisational and partnership-working skills.
-
A commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion and anti-racist practice.
-
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
-
A CIH Level 3 qualification, or willingness to work towards this.
-
Join us and help create positive change for young people and adults across Craven, Harrogate and the wider North Yorkshire area.
