We are seeking a dedicated and organised Client Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the tech and marketing sector, providing vital support to our client management team. The ideal applicant will possess strong communication and analysis skills, with experience in using a CRM to manage deliverables is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing enquiries promptly and courteously
- Manage client information and interactions using our CRM system
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, media days and follow-ups with clients and internal teams
- Analyse client data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement
- Support the delivery of customised solutions by liaising between clients and internal departments
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to client accounts
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions in accordance with organisational policies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes
- Keep on top of team requests and pending tasks.
Skills
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Understanding of Marketing and web industry services or related industry experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Analytical skills to interpret data effectively and support decision-making processes
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating initiative

Pay: £24,420.00-£25,000.00 per year
