Job Description
As a Maintenance Shift Engineer you will:
Be service minded
Actively contribute to guests' comfort
Carry out occasional repair work as required, following specifications and handles any unexpected problems
Prevent problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations
Implement the corrective action plans as communicated by the Technical Manager
Follow the preventive maintenance programme
Be in contact with all hotel departments
- Applies water hygiene procedures
- Run regular checks and repairs on plant rooms equipment
- Organise and support the team in order to complete different tasks
- Manage the workshop and monitor the spare parts stock
- Daily checks on hotel’s BMS to provide best possible comfort for hotel guests
- Log calls and supervise external contractors
