This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working across the business, improving processes and systems, and engaging confidently with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities and experience:
- Lead and enhance financial and accounting processes
- Provide strong business advisory and commercial finance support
- Drive controlling, reporting and business partnering activities
- Support ERP system integration and finance transformation projects
- Demonstrate strong proficiency with financial systems and software
- Use Excel to a high level for analysis, reporting and decision-making
- Build effective relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and commercial performance
- Bring a proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication skills
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong finance and accounting experience
- Proven business partnering and commercial experience
- Experience working across projects and systems implementation/integration
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A commercially focused mindset and the confidence to challenge and influence
- Exposure to a service or equipment heavy industry would be advantageous
