Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Driver to join our team. This role is essential for supporting our delivery operations, ensuring that goods are transported efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a willingness to assist in various tasks related to the delivery process. The role includes daily re stocking of sofas and furniture . being able to use drill is essential and feet need putting on sofas and many warehouse tasks

Responsibilities
- Help with the help of your drivers mate in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle, ensuring safe handling of all items.
- Communicate effectively with the driver and other team members to coordinate deliveries. example calling customers to pre book deliverys each morning
- Ensure that all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the vehicle, including performing basic checks before and after each journey.
- Provide support in navigating routes and managing delivery schedules.
- Handle paperwork related to deliveries, including delivery notes and receipts.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues.
Experience
- Previous experience as a driver exsperience is preferred but not essential.
- Experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills are required to liaise effectively with team members and clients.
