Hours and pay
- I'd add it under the Hours and Pay section like this:
Hours and Pay
- £14–£16 per hour, depending on experience
- Part-time
- Primarily Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Typical hours range from approximately 8–24 hours per week, depending on bookings and business needs.
- Hours may occasionally be less or more than this, so applicants should be flexible.
- Weekend availability is essential.
- Additional weekday shifts may become available.
- Applicants must be flexible to the operational needs of the studio, as hours will vary depending on bookings, events and seasonal demand.
This wording is professional while making it clear that there are no guaranteed hours and that flexibility is an expectation of the role. It's common language used in hospitality and leisure job adverts.
