Infinity Trampoline Park is a freestyle indoor trampoline park based just off Newport Road in Cardiff.
Successful applicants must be comfortable in working across all areas of the park (training will be provided). You must be available to work weekends.
Candidate must be available during summer months and holidays, as well as throughout term times.
The ideal candidate should also have good availability and the capability to take on extra shifts to accommodate holiday and sickness coverage.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure all our customers return time and time again at Front of House, in the cafe, on court or party hosting
- Ensure the safety of all customers through monitoring safety briefings and marshalling the court enforcing the rules of the park
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and pricing to inform customers of the most suitable session or package for them
- Host parties with confidence and enthusiasm ensuring customers are happy and well looked after throughout their entire journey with us
- Handle enquiries, input bookings and take payments in an efficient manner
- Operate a clean-as-you-go policy to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the entire park
- Make a variety of food and drinks to order in our cafe following set procedures
- Other duties as instructed by the management team
Requirements
Desirable:
- Previous work experience in a customer service setting
- Previous work experience in a leisure park or sport facility
- Flexible approach to working hours and ability to cover shifts at short notice

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
