We're now looking for an Admin Assistant
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE?

Responsible for data analytics of site systems ,such as Smart time , ending shifts manually on the system if they forgot to swipe out

Planning the shift patterns and rota and tasks for the operations

Set up the new starters for both DHL and Agency Staff
-
Plan and forecast staffing and work with the agencies on this as well
