Region of Work Warehousing & Operations
Purpose of Job Role
Oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. Responsible for implementing productivity, quality and customer service standards. Ultimately, you are required to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations. Close communication with the Sales and administrative teams to maximise customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list)
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence with inbound, outbound and assuring quality of goods throughout the warehouse
- Oversee all aspects of stock control including counting, processing, troubleshooting & problem solving
- To prioritise warehouse duties ensuring service levels and deadlines are achieved, operation runs in line with plans and tasks are completed on schedule to meet KPIs
- Identify concerns with processes, methods or data and where possible develop or contribute to the development of solutions with management support
- Assist warehouse operations as and when needed always looking for innovation and excellence
Competencies
Required
- Excellent leadership experience
- Proven success promoting new ideas within the warehouse operations
- High organisational skills - ability to manage their own workload
- Previous Warehouse Management background & experience
- Highly competent in IT skills
- Strong understanding of Excel
- Logical and Methodical approach
- Microsoft office competencies
- You can learn fast and have an eye for detail
Desirable
- Product knowledge in Telecommunications.
