Following the successful launch of our first 60 stores in the UK, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a 8hr Sales Assistant based in our Bristol Cribbs store due to open in June/July 2026.
MINISO is a lifestyle design-led business which has been enjoying huge growth across the globe since its inception in 2013. In just 13 years it operates in over 90 countries, with almost 5,000 stores worldwide.
The first MINISO UK store was launched with great success in November 2019 in Ealing Broadway Centre, London. We currently have over 60 stores in the UK, with several more store openings in 2026 and huge expansion plans over the next few years
Our Sales Assistants must be prepared to work within a fast-paced retail environment and hit the ground running whilst demonstrating the following skills;
· Previous work experience preferred (but not essential)
· Quick and eager to learn
· Customer focused approach
· The ability to work well within a team as well as using own initiative
· Excellent communication skills
· Flexible, dynamic, energetic, with a positive outlook
· Passion for retail
** Must be fully flexible with shifts
** Must be available to work on weekends
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
