We’re looking for energetic, hardworking, and personality-driven Bar Support team members to join The Alchemist – a creative cocktail bar and restaurant where atmosphere, teamwork, and great hospitality are everything.
Bar Support is one of the most important roles in the venue. You’ll be the backbone of the bar team — keeping service flowing, supporting bartenders during busy periods, preparing ingredients and cocktail batches, maintaining cleanliness and organisation, and helping create the high standards our guests expect.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being part of a fun and ambitious team, and takes pride in delivering brilliant hospitality behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing cocktail ingredients, syrups, garnishes, and batches to support the bar team
- Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels across the bar
- Supporting bartenders during busy services to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Assisting with deliveries, glassware, and bar preparation throughout service
- Helping create a high-energy, professional, and enjoyable working environment
