We’re a lively Jamaican takeaway recently opened in Leeds Trinity. We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to help lead our team. If you’re passionate about great food, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and love delivering warm, friendly service, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff schedules and support team members
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Handle cash, POS, and inventory tracking
- Assist in opening and closing procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role or hospitality setting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for Caribbean cuisine and culture a plus
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- A positive and team-oriented attitude
