Community Ambassador - fit20 & EMS FIT Kingston
20 hours per week | £14 per hour + Performance Bonus
We are looking for a special kind of person.
Someone who loves meeting people, building relationships, and making a genuine difference in their local community.
At fit20 and EMS FIT, we help people become stronger, healthier, and more confident through highly personalised training. Many of our members are busy professionals or people over 50 who want to improve their strength, mobility, health, and quality of life.
We are looking for a Community Ambassador to become the face of our Kingston studio and help us introduce more local people to what we do.
This is not a typical sales role.
We are looking for someone who will take ownership of promoting the studio, build meaningful local connections, and develop creative ways to increase awareness and attract new members.
What you’ll do
- Represent fit20 & EMS FIT within the local community
- Build relationships with local businesses, community groups, charities, and organisations
- Attend local events and networking opportunities
- Generate interest in our services and encourage people to book introductory sessions
- Create and implement local marketing and outreach initiatives
- Work directly with the studio owner to grow the business

- Significant performance-based bonus for achieving agreed membership targets
- Opportunity to extend the role and take responsibility for additional studios following a successful trial period
