Join our dynamic team as an Electrical Supervisor / Quantity Surveyor (QS), where you will lead electrical project operations and oversee cost management to ensure successful project delivery. You will coordinate with various teams, monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with safety standards, all while maintaining a focus on cost control and resource optimization.
Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical installation activities on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
- Oversee procurement, budgeting, and cost estimation processes to manage project expenses effectively.
- Conduct detailed analysis of project costs, quantities, and materials to identify opportunities for savings and improvements.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to plan schedules and resolve technical or logistical issues promptly.
- Monitor progress against project timelines, prepare reports on work status, and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and electrical codes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records of quantities used, variations, change orders, and other financial documentation for transparency and accountability.
Experience
- Proven experience in electrical supervision within construction or industrial projects.
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate costs, quantities, and project data critically.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with electrical standards, safety protocols, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Prior experience in cost estimation or quantity surveying is highly desirable.
