Receptionist 2 afternoons a week one is a Saturday
We believe the first moment someone walks through our door matters. We are looking for a warm, grounded, and friendly Weekend Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our space. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting others, staying organised, and contributing to a calm, nurturing environment.
As our receptionist, you’ll help ensure each guest feels at ease from the moment they arrive, while supporting the smooth running of the spa.
What you’ll be doing
- Offering a warm, friendly welcome to all guests and guiding them as needed
- Answering phone calls with care and professionalism, responding to enquiries thoughtfully
- Managing appointment bookings and liaising with therapists and practitioners
- Handling payments and basic billing with confidence and accuracy
- Gently introducing and recommending relevant products or services when appropriate
- Keeping visitor logs, appointment records, and reception systems organised
- Supporting light administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Assisting with product displays and merchandising when needed
- Maintaining a calm, tidy, and inviting reception area at all times
- Taking Laundry up
- Making client drinks
What we’re looking for
- You must have a naturally friendly, approachable manner and a genuine love of working with people with a big smile.(A MUST)
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and focused during busy periods
- Confidence with booking systems and emails and handling payments
- Professional phone etiquette and a caring, respectful presence
- Comfortable recommending products or services in a gentle, non-pushy way
- Must be able to work alone and as part of a team
