At Unicorn Hospitality, we provide housekeeping services to hotels and serviced apartments across the UK and Europe. As our portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Hotel Housekeeping Manager to join our London team.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll oversee housekeeping operations across multiple properties, working closely with our clients and supporting our teams to deliver exceptional standards every day.

What you'll be doing
- Manage the day-to-day housekeeping operations across multiple hotel and serviced apartment locations.
- Provide hands-on operational support to housekeeping teams across all properties.
- Ensure all locations consistently meet Unicorn and client quality standards.
- Carry out regular quality inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
- Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders and housekeeping staff.
- Prepare staff rotas and manage daily staffing levels.
- Manage annual leave requests, absence and attendance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new employees.
- Monitor productivity, labour costs and operational performance.
- Complete stock counts and manage the ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Liaise with suppliers and check invoices before approval.
- Resolve operational issues and support the team during busy periods.
- Work closely with our hotel partners to ensure excellent service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure health & safety procedures and company policies are followed across all sites.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a Hotel Senior Supervisor, Housekeeping AsistantManager or similar management role within hotels or serviced apartments.
- Experience managing multiple properties is highly desirable.
- A hands-on management style with the ability to lead by example.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Good understanding of housekeeping standards and hotel operations.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full right to work in the UK.
Travel
This role is based across multiple London properties, so regular travel between sites is required.
Business travel between properties will be supported. Depending on your home location and operational requirements, we may provide or contribute towards the cost of a London Travelcard or other public transport.
