Job Summary

Duties
- Lead and supervise a team to achieve set targets and maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Organise daily schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering professional development and continuous improvement.
- Manage team performance through regular feedback, appraisals, and coaching sessions.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments to promote collaboration.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including interviewing candidates and onboarding new staff members.
- Maintain accurate administrative records related to team activities, attendance, and performance metrics.
- Support merchandising strategies and sales initiatives to optimise organisational objectives.
- Handle customer queries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and organisational skills.
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to support diverse client needs.
- Proven management experience with a focus on supervising teams in retail or sales environments.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively liaise with staff and clients.
- Organised with exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated experience in merchandising, sales management, or retail management is advantageous.
- Sound organisational skills complemented by administrative experience for maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professional demeanour with excellent phone etiquette suitable for customer interactions.
