Unite Care Group is looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Community Care Workers to join our growing domiciliary care team in Cardiff. What You'll Do
- Provide personal care and support to service users
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication support
- Support clients with mobility and companionship
- Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Right to work in the UK
- Caring, patient, and reliable nature
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential
- Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
