Level 3 Baby Room Practitioner – Smart Start Childcare
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 qualified practitioner to join our team in the Baby Room at Smart Start Childcare.
In this role, you will:
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for babies aged 0–2 years.
- Build strong bonds with children, supporting their early development and emotional wellbeing.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to individual needs and developmental stages.
- Work closely with parents and carers, offering feedback and maintaining strong partnerships.
- Ensure high standards of safeguarding, hygiene, and health & safety at all times.
- Contribute to observations, assessments, and individual learning plans.
What we’re looking for:
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- A genuine passion for working with babies and supporting their early milestones.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A warm, patient, and professional approach.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.
