Although this is an administrative role, you will be working within a unique, creative and fast-moving business where no two days are quite the same.
About the Role
We are looking for an organised and reliable Admin Assistant to provide day-to-day support to our Production and Operations teams. You will play an important part in keeping the department running smoothly by preparing production paperwork, maintaining accurate records and supporting managers and supervisors with general administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, printing and distributing production paperwork, job sheets, labels and other documentation.
- Collecting, checking, filing and archiving completed production records.
- Completing data entry and maintaining accurate spreadsheets, trackers and company systems.
- Following up on missing or incomplete information.
- Supporting managers and supervisors with reports, production figures and general administrative tasks.
- Carrying out filing, scanning, photocopying and document preparation.
- Helping to communicate production updates and priorities to the relevant teams.
- Providing additional administrative support across the business when required.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, data-entry or office-support role.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a busy environment.
- A reliable, proactive and helpful approach to work.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team.
Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or warehouse environment would be helpful but is not essential.
