Shift Patterns
Our team provides support twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, following a four-week rolling rota. If you’re successful in joining our team, you will be expected to work a combination of longer and shorter day shifts and sleepovers. Our team have an assortment of shift patterns tailored to suit the needs of the people we support currently between 8am and 10pm (which includes a sleepover to the following day).
Sleepovers don't form part of your contacted hours so you will receive an additional payment for your sleepover work!
