Duties
- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening to clients’ desires and offering expert advice on hair care and styling options
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Upsell salon products and services to maximize revenue while ensuring clients receive the best solutions for their hair care routines
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends, techniques, and safety standards in the beauty industry
Requirements
- 2 years Proven experience in hairstyling, barbering, or related beauty services with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to perform store management tasks such as inventory control and appointment scheduling
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to mentor colleagues and foster a positive team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs while maintaining high-quality standards

Pay: £25,420.00-£53,247.26 per year
