We are seeking a passionate and energetic Singing Teacher to inspire students of all ages and skill levels to discover their vocal potential. Duties
- Develop personalized singing lesson plans tailored to each student’s age, skill level, and musical interests
- Teach vocal techniques, breathing exercises, pitch control, diction, and stage presence
- Create a motivating and encouraging atmosphere that promotes confidence and enjoyment in singing
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement
- Incorporate creative activities such as song writing, performance practice, and musical theory into lessons
- Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, attendance, and student development
- Communicate effectively with students’ parents or guardians regarding progress and upcoming performances or events
Qualifications
- Proven experience teaching singing or vocal coaching to children and young people
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey techniques and motivate students
- Knowledge of music theory, vocal health, and performance techniques
- Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings
- Ability to manage classroom behavior and create an inclusive learning environment
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and preschool experience is a plus
- Skills in creative writing or child development are beneficial for designing engaging lessons
