The Senior Director, Site Finance Lead Runcorn is the finance business partner to the Runcorn Site Leadership Team who provides financial insight, strategic guidance and leadership to enable effective decision making that improves site business performance, enhances efficiency, sustainable competitiveness and supports profitable growth.
This position is responsible for leading the Site Finance team in Runcorn, UK, ensuring strong financial partnership and operational support across the site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as a key member of the Site Leadership Team, influencing decisions and promoting cross-functional collaboration.

Provide financial insights to support short- and long-term business decisions.

Deliver accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting to Site Leadership, TGO, and Corporate Finance.

Lead annual planning and forecasting processes, ensuring transparency of business and financial drivers.

Oversee standard costing for site-manufactured, packed, and supported third-party products.

Drive efficiency initiatives to improve operating profit, cash flow, and finance processes.

Support effective management of capital expenditure, inventory, and fixed assets.

Ensure compliance with financial policies, guidelines, and controls.

Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing finance team.

Foster a culture of performance, problem-solving, and continuous improvement aligned with Teva's values and leadership framework.
Do you have?
-
Academic degree in Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 8 years of experience in a financial role within a highly regulated manufacturing company.

Demonstrated managerial experience leading teams and developing talent.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, management accounting, and costing methodologies.

Advanced experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial control.

Strong financial, analytical, and modelling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Solid understanding of quality systems and manufacturing processes within industrial environments.

Basic theoretical and practical knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies.

Basic knowledge of OPEX principles, tools, and operational excellence frameworks.

Strong understanding of compliance and internal controls, including SOX requirements, local financial regulations, and accounting policies.

Proficiency with SAP ERP, Advanced Excel/PowerPoint, BI tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense), IBP, AI.
