D&S are looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team on a long-term social housing contract in Coventry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable, high-quality tradesperson looking for consistent work on a contract with approximately 6 years remaining.
The Role
- Complete decoration of 1 kitchen per day
- Paint walls and ceilings
- Gloss woodwork
- Stain blocking where required
- Carry out all necessary preparation, including:
- Filling
- Sanding
- Caulking
- General surface preparation
Applicants must be able to work to a high standard and leave a clean, professional finish.
Pay
- £230 per kitchen
- Price includes supplying your own materials
- Long-term, consistent workload available
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness certificate
- Face Fit certificate
- Own tools, transport, and materials
- Previous experience working within occupied social housing is preferred
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
