Curley UK Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated Fibreglass & Carbon Fibre Trimmer/Finisher to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for trimming, finishing, and preparing high-quality fibreglass and carbon fibre components to exacting standards. Attention to detail and pride in workmanship are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trimming and finishing fibreglass and carbon fibre products using hand and power tools.
- Sanding, fettling, polishing, and preparing components for final assembly or dispatch.
- Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
- Working efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in fibreglass, composites, carbon fibre, GRP, or a similar finishing role.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work accurately and consistently with minimal supervision.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to contribute as part of a team.
- Reliable timekeeping and attendance record.
- Diligent, hardworking, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and quality procedures precisely.
