Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organised Compliance Administrator to join Shreeji Inc Services. The role will support the organisation in maintaining high standards of compliance across our care services, ensuring records, staff documentation, policies and regulatory requirements are kept accurate and up to date.
The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to support CQC compliance, staff records, audits, training records and general administrative processes, helping us maintain safe, effective and high-quality care services.
Duties
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and staff files.
- Support the management of MDT referrals and ensure relevant information is accurately recorded and followed up.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, social workers, local authorities, families and other external agencies as required.
- Support compliance with CQC requirements and internal policies and procedures.
- Assist with internal audits, compliance checks and CQC inspection preparation.
- Maintain compliance trackers.
- Assist with updating policies, procedures and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with managers and staff to obtain outstanding information and documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Provide general administrative and compliance support to the management team.
Skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a care coordinator, compliance, care administration or similar role would be advantageous.
