Responsibilities
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate curiosity and support developmental milestones for preschool children
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages social interaction, cooperation, and emotional growth
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing tailored assistance in collaboration with specialists when necessary
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about each child's progress, challenges, and achievements
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards
- Conduct regular assessments of children's development through observations and documentation to inform teaching strategies
- Engage in ongoing professional development related to early childhood education, special education, and toddler care
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in a preschool or early childhood education setting is highly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of special education practices and experience working with individuals with disabilities is a strong asset
- Proven ability to develop engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists
- Experience in tutoring or providing individualized support to young learners is beneficial
- Familiarity with toddler care routines and strategies for nurturing early developmental skills
