What you'll do...

Deliver warm, knowledgeable and attentive service throughout every stage of the guest journey, ensuring each table enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

Confidently guide guests through our food and drinks menus, sharing your knowledge of Peruvian-inspired dishes, cocktails and wines while making thoughtful recommendations.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, communicating clearly with the kitchen and bar teams.

Serve food and drinks to the highest standards, with excellent attention to detail and presentation.

Anticipate guests' needs, responding proactively to ensure expectations are consistently exceeded.

Work collaboratively with the front of house, bar and kitchen teams to deliver seamless service during busy periods.

Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant environment while following all food safety and service standards.

Handle guest feedback professionally and positively, turning every interaction into a memorable experience.
What we're looking for...

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar front of house role within a busy, quality-led restaurant.
