Registered Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire your residential team
- Deliver outstanding outcomes for children and young people
- Ensure Ofsted compliance and safeguarding excellence
- Manage recruitment, supervisions and staff development
- Build strong partnerships with professionals and local authorities
Senior Support Worker Responsibilities
- Support children and young people in their daily lives
- Lead shifts and mentor Residential Support Workers
- Promote safeguarding and positive behaviour support
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation
- Work closely with management to deliver outstanding care
What We're Looking For
✔ Experience within Children's Residential Care
✔ NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
✔ Strong safeguarding knowledge
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✔ Full UK Driving Licence preferred
