An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Service Quality Manager to join a leading CQC-regulated care provider. In this role, you will oversee and maintain high standards of quality and compliance across elderly care, homecare, and specialist services, working closely with operational teams to drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes.
The role is primarily based across Norfolk and Suffolk, with occasional travel to other locations as required.
The role:
- Oversee and maintain high standards of care quality across a range of services, including elderly care, homecare, and specialist care provisions.
- Work closely with service managers and operational teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality assurance, and positive outcomes for service users.
- Monitor, review, and evaluate service performance to ensure compliance with CQC regulations, internal policies, and best practice standards.
- Provide guidance, support, and constructive challenge to management teams to drive service improvements and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Conduct quality audits, assessments, and service reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans where required.
- Support services in achieving and sustaining high levels of client satisfaction and person-centred care delivery.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent quality standards across all services.
- Analyse performance trends, identify risks, and contribute to service development and operational excellence.
- Travel regularly across Norfolk and Suffolk, with occasional travel to other locations as required.
About you:
- Previous experience within a quality, compliance, or governance role in the healthcare or homecare sector.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and homecare quality standards.
- Passionate about delivering person-centred care and driving continuous quality improvement.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
