Excel Housing Solutions are looking for a Part Time Housing Officer to join our growing team. The successful applicant will assist the Service Users in the day-to-day management of their tenancies, focusing on conducting the intensive housing management element of the role, complimenting the service team to ensure properties are safe, secure, and well maintained.
You do not need to have previous experience in this role, as full training will be given, however applicants with previous experience in a housing role will be prioritised. It is essential that all applicants are able to communicate with clients in a focused and solution-based way. We encourage applications from those with lived experience and minority groups.
Pay is negotiated from Real Living Wage upwards dependent on relevant experience.
Driving is essential with access to own vehicle.
Location: Southport.
Hours: 18 Hours per week- 6 Hours per day over 3 days
Please note: Your working pattern may vary as per the rota. You will be required to work across Monday-Sunday between 7am-7pm. Shifts may include working during bank holidays.
