We are seeking a motivated ,reliable and trustworthy Semi Skilled Labourer to join our team.
Duties
- assisting with a variety of labouring tasks
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing materials, and setting up tools and equipment
- Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately
- Help with site clean up and waste removal to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of construction
- Experience with hand tools and power tools used in construction environments
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working at heights if required
- Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
- Previous experience in general labouring or similar role is preferred
- Able to work well independently and part of a team
- Must have Full driving licence (essential due to driving a company van)
Pay: £13.50 per hour
