We are seeking a dedicated and professional Spa Therapist to join our tranquil wellness centre. Responsibilities
- Perform a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and specialised therapies with precision and care.
- Apply makeup as requested by clients, ensuring a professional and artistic approach.
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and providing tailored treatment recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and equipment following health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, answer questions, and ensure their comfort throughout treatments.
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference.
- Assist in maintaining the organisation of the spa area, including stock management and equipment upkeep.
- Promote additional services or products to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role within a wellness or beauty environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to connect with clients professionally and empathetically.
- Competence in makeup application is desirable but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of treatment quality and hygiene.
- Ability to work flexibly within scheduled shifts, including weekends if required.
