Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant and bar activities, ensuring smooth operational flow.

- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to foster a motivated team environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas.
- Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and promote excellent service.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory to prevent shortages or wastage.
- Develop menus in collaboration with culinary staff, incorporating current trends and customer preferences.
- Organise promotional events or special offers to enhance customer engagement and revenue.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the establishment’s brand image.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality roles, including supervising teams.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and manage team dynamics effectively.
- Sound understanding of food production processes within a kitchen environment.
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced setting with hospitality expertise.
- Knowledge of bar operations, including barista experience is advantageous.
