About the Role
Our client, a growing and well-established air conditioning specialist, is looking to recruit an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join their expanding team.
The role will primarily involve working on high-end residential projects across West London, installing premium air conditioning systems to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to work on prestigious projects while progressing within a supportive and ambitious company.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of air conditioning systems on high-end residential projects
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Coordinating with architects, builders and other trades on-site
- Commissioning installed systems
- Fault-finding and troubleshooting when required
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Working independently and as part of a team
Requirements
Essential:
- Previous air conditioning installation experience (5+ years)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong understanding of installation practices and industry standards
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
Desirable:
- Experience working on high-end residential projects
- Experience with Daikin systems
- Strong commissioning and fault-finding skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Self-motivated and solutions-focused approach

- £50,000 - £55,000 basic salary
