JUNIOR PARTS ADVISOR – LEYBURN
£13 per hour | Full Time | Truck Technics LTD
Monday – Friday 07:30am – 5pm + Alternate Saturday 7am–12pm
Truck Technics Ltd are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Parts Advisor to join our busy parts department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career within the automotive industry. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
As a Junior Parts Advisor, you will support the parts team by assisting customers, managing stock, and ensuring technicians receive the correct parts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support workshop technicians with parts enquiries.
- Identifying and supplying the correct vehicle parts and accessories.
- Ordering, receiving and checking deliveries.
- Keeping the parts department clean, organised and well presented.
- Working closely with the service and workshop teams to ensure smooth operations.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to take initiative.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Previous experience in warehouse or automotive environments.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle parts or an interest in cars/HGV.
- Full UK driving licence.
