We are looking for a motivated and reliable Decking Fitter to join our growing Team. You'll play a key role in creating safe, attractive outdoor spaces across award-winning holiday parks throughout North Wales.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Decking Fitter, you'll be responsible for installing and maintaining high-quality decking to support various holiday home developments and park improvements. Your duties will include:
- Measuring, cutting and assembling decking components using hand and power tools.
- Installing timber and composite decking to a high standard.
- Reading and interpreting drawings and site plans.
- Ensuring all decking is level, secure and finished to an exceptional standard.
- Preparing work areas, including groundwork and surface levelling.
- Carrying out quality inspections and resolving any defects.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to complete projects on time.
- Following all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Supporting wider construction and maintenance projects when required.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and passionate about quality craftsmanship.
Essential:
- Previous experience as working successfully as part of a team.
- Previous experience fitting decking or working within carpentry or construction.
- Competent using a wide range of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high standards.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
- Experience in general construction, roofing, masonry, fabrication or landscaping.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical work or welding.
- Construction-related qualifications or CSCS card.
