As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, we're looking for an ambitious, creative and commercially minded Growth Marketing & Community Executive to help grow our membership base, strengthen our community and elevate the 3Tribes brand.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines creativity with commercial awareness, someone who understands that brilliant marketing should ultimately convert into engaged, long-term members.
About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on role combining digital marketing, social media, community engagement and membership growth.
You'll work closely with the leadership team and Front of House teams to increase awareness, generate enquiries and convert trial users, including ClassPass customers, into loyal 3Tribes members.
This role is initially 20 hours per week, with genuine opportunity to develop into a full-time leadership position as the business grows and the remit expands.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
- Develop and deliver engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
- Create compelling photography and video content from classes, instructors, events and member stories.
- Plan and manage content calendars across all digital channels.
- Manage and continually improve the 3Tribes website.
- Optimise landing pages and member journeys to improve conversion rates.
- Manage CRM communications, including email campaigns, newsletters and member engagement.
- Monitor analytics and produce regular performance reports.
Paid Advertising & Growth
- Plan, create and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Display.
- Track campaign performance, return on investment and customer acquisition costs.
- Continually test new audiences, creative content and promotional campaigns to maximise enquiries and memberships.
- Work with the leadership team to develop local marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and studio occupancy.
Membership Growth & Sales
- Help develop strategies to convert ClassPass users into direct 3Tribes members.
- Create digital marketing campaigns that increase trial bookings and membership conversions.
- Work alongside the Front of House team to improve enquiry follow-up and conversion rates.
- Develop marketing campaigns that encourage referrals, member retention and community engagement.
- Support membership launches, offers, workshops and special events.
- Measure and improve the effectiveness of the entire customer journey—from first click through to long-term membership.
Community & Partnerships
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, charities and community groups.
- Organise and promote workshops, wellness events and studio activations.
- Help create memorable member experiences that strengthen the 3Tribes community.
- Develop partnerships with local brands and influencers aligned with our values.
About You
You'll be someone who genuinely loves bringing brands to life and understands how creativity, marketing and sales work together.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience managing websites (WordPress or similar CMS).
- Experience using CRM or booking platforms such as Mindbody, Mariana Tek or similar.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and digital conversion funnels.
- Experience analysing marketing performance and using data to improve results.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Confidence creating engaging photography and video content.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- A passion for health, fitness, wellbeing, music and community.
Bonus Skills
Experience with:
- Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- SEO.
- Email marketing platforms.
- Google Analytics.
- Video editing.

- Boutique fitness, hospitality or wellness brands.
